This list focuses on chain restaurants that have dedicated gluten free menus or helpful gluten free replacements. If you need help finding restaurants that offer gluten free meals this list is for you.
*Cross-Contamination Risks* I do not know the kitchen practices of any of these restaurants if cross-contamination is a concern for you or if you are celiac, I suggest calling the restaurants directly prior to visiting. If you’re not sure if cross-contamination is a problem for you then I would check with your doctor. There are many reasons to avoid gluten (allergy, celiac, thyroid issues, IBS, etc.) all of these require different degrees of “strictness” which should be determined by you and your doctor (not the internet).
Eating at restaurants with food allergies can definitely be challenging. Thankfully gluten is an allergy that restaurants are starting to accommodate. Finding restaurants with gluten free menus is an incredible relief.

10 Restaurants with Gluten Free Menus
I hope you enjoy this list of Chain Restaurants with Gluten Free Menus. While I tried to include all of the chain restaurants I know of that have great gluten free menus please let me know in the comments below if there’s any I left off. Romano’s Macaroni Grill
Macaroni Grill has plenty of gluten free options. You can find an allergen sheet on their website that explains what is wheat free. I love the create your own pasta option with gluten free pasta of course.
Olive Garden
Olive Garden has a nice sized gluten free menu. They offer gluten free pasta and plenty of gluten free entrees. You can find their gluten free menu here.
Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano
Biaggi’s has an incredible gluten free menu with a long list of delicious items. From gluten free pizza, pasta, and various other entrees you’ll find a delicious meal at Biaggi’s. You can find their extensive gluten free menu on their website.
Carrabba’s Italian Grill
Carrabba’s is another great Italian restaurant with a delicious gluten free restaurant. You’ll see tasty gluten free pasta and different gluten free steak and seafood entrees. You can see their gluten free menu on their website now.
Red Robin
Red Robin has a helpful interactive allergen menu that can be found on their website and in their restaurants. It makes eating gluten free so easy. They also have gluten free buns which make eating a burger fun again for someone with a gluten allergy.
The Cheesecake Factory
The Cheesecake Factory has really expanded their options for people avoiding gluten. They still do not offer their gluten free menu on their website but most of their locations now offer a gluten free menu in the restaurant.
P.F. Changs
I’m a huge fan of Asian food, but because of soy sauce finding gluten free Asian food is challenging. That’s why I love the gluten free menu at P.F. Changs.
Chili’s
Chili’s has some great gluten free options on their extensive gluten free menu. You’ll find Tex Mex bowls, fajitas with corn tortillas, baby back ribs, and more. They display their gluten free menu on their website here.
Blaze Pizza
Blaze is one of those create your own pizza places popping up all over. You can create a gluten free and dairy free pizza and I can say first-hand it’s delicious. You can see their allergen information here.
Pizza Hut
Pizza Hut offers Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza crust to be used for their pizza. It’s a great clean option for people avoiding gluten.
