How do I find my Ray-Ban order? ›

How do I change or cancel my order? If you change your mind about your order, you have the option to cancel it within one hour of purchase. You can do it online through the “My Orders” page, or by contacting our Customer Service at 800-961091.

When purchasing online at Ray-Ban.com, your packing slip, sent with your shipment, serves as a receipt. If you purchased Ray-Ban product through an Authorized Ray-Ban dealer, their receipt serves as your proof of purchase.

Most genuine metal Ray-Bans have transparent nose pads with the logo embossed centrally. Cheap fakes will fail to include logos on the nose pads. Another nose pad test is to check the shape. Ray-Ban nose pads will be contoured to the shape of the lens, while fakes will be straight or shaped differently from the lens.

If you ask someone where they think fakes are made, 99% of the time you'll hear “China”. Yet, recently Ray-Bans have been made more and more in China. So, don't immediately rule those new sunglasses out as fakes just because it says “made in China”.

Ray-Bans are considered premium eyewear due to their high-quality materials, craftsmanship, and timeless designs. The brand invests in research, technology, and product development, which contributes to the higher price tag.

Quality - Ray Bans are well-made sunglasses that with care will last their owner years or even decades. Few sunglasses manufacturers can make that claim, even brands whose price points are far higher than that of Ray Ban.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

We only accept returns on items purchased from ray-ban.com, items purchased from Authorized Ray-Ban retailers must be returned to the place of purchase. All refunds will occur via the original payment method.

Can you return Ray-Bans if they don't fit? ›

When shopping at Ray-Ban you can always change your mind. Our customers have 45 days to return their items. Customized (REMIX) orders can't be returned. You can also return prescription products to all stores (Ray-Ban, LensCrafters, and Sunglass Hut).

The model number on a pair of genuine Ray-Ban sunglasses will be found inside the left temple arm. It will start with RB and be clearly etched and properly centred and aligned with the arm. The same should apply to the right arm, which will state "Made in Italy" and include a CE or UKCA mark.

The first one is the Model name, then the Lens width and Bridge width. There is usally a third number which represents the Temple Length, which is the measurement in millimeters of the 'arms' of the frame. Sometimes there is also a fourth number which is the Lens Height. Each of these numbers is measured in mm.

On the inside left temple you should see the Ray-Ban model number (RB followed by a 4-digit number), the color code made of a combination of letters and numbers, the lens size, temple length, and either 2N or 3N (P if they're polarized).
