Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Afternoon “High Tea” White Tea
  • 1 cup hot water (160-180 degrees)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 bottle chilled champagne
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice or grapefruit juice
  • Desired fruit to garnish

Directions:
In a heat-proof cup, pour hot water over tea leaves and steep for 3-5 minutes. (Alternatively, you can cold-brew your tea overnight.)
Stir in sugar, then strain tea into a glass. The tea should fill the glass halfway.
Pour in champagne and juice.
Garnish with a slice of desired fruit on the edge of the glass.
